The October 23-25, 2008 NLI Future Leaders Seminar
The 3rd series of the NLI Future Leaders seminar is now scheduled for October 23-25, 2008 at the Protea Hotel, Lekki, Lagos.
Particpation at the seminar is strictly by invitation. The seminar participants will be 25 highly motivated, high achieving, successful young Nigerians from Nigeria and the Diaspora between the ages of 25-35 years who we believe are uniquely qualified to influence the future development of the Nigerian society through values-based leadership.
The seminar moderators will include, Dr. Christopher Kolade, Segun Aganga, Dele Olojede, Dr. Reuben Abati, Maryam Uwais and Asue Ighodalo.

The October 25th 3rd Annual NLI Dinner

In October 2008, the 3rd NLI Annual Dinner was scheduled for October 25, 2008 at the Banquet Hall, Eko Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. The main highlight of the event was to launch NLI National Re-Orientation Project.
The Guest speaker, Lisa Rabbe, Managing Director, Goldman Sachs, UK who gave a speech on ‘Policy, Values and the Recent Market Turmoil.’ The special guest was Dr. Christopher Kolade, Former Nigerian High Commissioner to the UK. The mission of the National Re-orientation project is to help change the current orientation of the Nigerian society by promoting the core values identified by Nigerians as fundamental to the future development and success of Nigeria. NLI will serve as motivators, promoters and catalysts for this change and will work with other stakeholders and credible organizations.
