Economic Initiative
Currently, NLI has a Business Plan Competition. This competition aims to stimulate economic development through the creation of jobs and growth businesses. This competition will target ‘Small and Growing Business’ (SGB) with significant potential for growth. The business plans submitted will also contribute to the growth of the non-oil economy and have the potential to employ 5-250 people. Selected finalists will be awarded seed money for their business and assigned a mentor to guide them through a 2 year process.
