November NLI Sickle Cell Awareness Dinner
As the core of our Health Initiative, NLI’s Sickle Cell committee organized a fundraising dinner in London to raise funds for the sickle cell diagnostic lab in Lagos. Some UK government officials who attended the dinner have pledged to work with the Nigerian High Commission to address the issue of sickle cell in Nigeria. The fundraising and awareness dinner was held as part of an ongoing initiative to curb the impact of the disease. The Committee will value your donations.
